After reading the article it seems like to me that Obama really is trying to bring this oil spill together but regardless of how hard he tries, there will always be people "staining" him for what he let happen. At the same time he got a sigh of relief because over all everything could be worse. Like it says in the title, Obama ain't no Jimmy Carter.
The picture below is an amazing picture of our President. He looks determined, upset, and knows he has to do whatever it takes to make things better. This picture, in my opinion, best describes Barack's confidence in this matter.
